Shipping and payments
Payments: at this time, for international orders, we only accept payments through Paypal. All of your credit card data is managed through Paypal, we do not receive any of your credit card information.
For shipments in Austria in addition to Paypal we can also accept bank transfers. Email us for the Motmot bank information.
Shipping: under normal circumstances, we process and ship your order as soon as possible. However, we are a small company and occasionally run out of stock. In that case, we will contact you, and see if you would like to; substitute, wait for re-stock, or cancel your order. In that case, shipping can take as long as 14 days (but normally won't!) We ship everything via Austrian post. Within Austria you can expect shipping to take 3 or 4 days, in Europe a week, and the rest of the world 2 to 3 weeks.
Returns: we will gladly exchange or refund your items if you are not happy. Return the item(s) in the condition received! We will not exchange t-shirts if they have been washed! Send the item(s) with the original invoice, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within a week (7 days) from when you received the goods. Although, we understand that predicament that is modern life, we're cool if it takes a little longer, but don't push your luck!
Lieferung
Die Lieferung und Bezahlung erfolgt zu Ihren individuell vereinbarten Konditionen. Sind keine anderen Konditionen vereinbart, liefern wir innerhalb Österreich gegen Paypal oder Vorauskasse. Bitte senden Sie uns ein Email, damit wir Ihnen die Motmot Bankdaten zur Verfügung stellen können.
Außerhalb Österreich liefern wir nur gegen Paypal. Bei Versand in und außerhalb Österreichs berechnen wir die Versandkosten nach Aufwand. Alle Preisangaben freibleibend. Irrtümer und technische Änderungen vorbehalten. Es kann nicht gewährleistet werden, dass alle Produkte permanent lieferbar sind. Im Gewährleistungsfall behalten wir uns das Recht zur zweimaligen Nachbesserung innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor. Die Auftragsbearbeitung erfolgt per EDV.
Rücksendung
Kunden, die Verbraucher im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzgesetzes (in der Folge: KSchG) sind, können innerhalb einer Frist von sieben Werktagen gemäß § 5e KschG nach Erhalt der Ware von einem im Fernabsatz geschlossenen Vertrag zurücktreten.
